Ayushmann Khurrana Is Back In Action With ‘An Action Hero’. Trailer Out!

After releasing the poster of An Action Hero, Ayushmann Khurrana is set to break into the streak of action heroes in B-town with Aanand L. Rai’s next ‘An Action Hero’. The actor released the official trailer of the upcoming film, which honestly, looks quite interesting!

In the film, Ayushmann Khurrana plays an actor in the film whose life takes a 360 degree turn after he is accused of killing a municipal councillor’s brother and the love of his fans turns into a boycott call. One even gets a glimpse of Malaika Arora who is set to make a comeback with a special dance number in the film.

While releasing the trailer on his social media, Ayushmann Khurrana wrote, “CUTTING STRAIGHT TO THE CHASE! #AnActionHero Trailer Out Now! 💥Catch this Thriller with a twist only in cinemas on 2nd DECEMBER 2022!”

The trailer starts with Ayushmann Khurrana’s car getting hit by Jaideep Ahlawat’s car, who plays an antagonist in the film, and delivers dialogues in Haryanvi. The trailer continues to give us a glimpse of the cat and mouse chase sequence, in which Ayushmann Khurrana flees to London to save his life but he follows him there as well. While you can see a lot of fight scenes in the trailer, you’ll be left with a lot of confusion by the end of it, thinking, ‘who is the real villain in the film?’

The film is directed by Anirudh Iyer, who previously served as an assistant director on Aanand L Rai’s Tanu Weds Manu Returns and Zero, and is set to release on December 2, 2022.
