Sarees and lehengas are great for the festive season but, Indo-western outfits are the ‘in thing’ this season.
Indo-western outfits are quirky but, you got to know the right way to incorporate the two very distinct styles or you might end up looking like a messy canvas. If you aren’t so sure of where to begin, here are some ideas for you to take some fusion inspiration from.

Wear a long kurta like a dress

The easiest way to look effortlessly gorgeous and stylish is to wear a kurta/tunic as a dress. If you want to add drama to your look, opt for something that’s bold and vibrant. Just put on a chunky belt, bold earrings and kohlapuri chappals to complete the look.

Pair sharara-styled trousers with a crop top

Wide-legged trousers or sharara-styled pants look gorgeous. Pair a stylish sharara pant with a solid coloured crop top to make a bold statement. Want to add some more oomph to your look? Just throw in a stylish jacket and you’re good to go.

Pick a crisp white shirt and an ethnic skirt

Want to look chic and give boss lady vibes? Just pick out a crisp white shirt from your wardrobe and pair it with an ethnic skirt. This classic look will never go out of style. Just add a simple belt to the attire and some chunky jewellery to be party ready.

Wear a saree with a blazer

This might sound like a far-fetched idea but, trust us, you’ll love it. Pick out your favourite saree and pair it with a black or dark coloured blazer that will compliment the saree. Alternatively, you can also opt for a trench coat and add a statement choker to look stylish, elegant and sharp.

Wear a long peplum top with dhoti pants

If you want to make heads turn without putting in too much effort, pair a stylish peplum top with a nice pair of dhoti pants. Put on an ethnic statement jewellery and voila! You’re ready to get clicked.
