Aishwarya Rai has joined the Disney Universe. The former Miss World has been brought on-board to voice the central character ‘Maleficent’ in Hindi, which was originally voiced by Angelina Jolie, in the original version of the eagerly awaited sequel ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’!

Earlier this year, Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan, lent their voices for the characters of Mufasa and Simba in the live-action remake of The Lion King.
