Amitabh Bachchan To Work With Emraan Hashmi In His Next Film

Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi are coming together for the first time in an intriguing ‘noir’ drama thriller. The film to be directed by Rumi Jaffery, will go on floors on May 10, 2019

A courtroom drama, the film will see Amitabh Bachchan playing the role of a judge. Although this is the first time that Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi will be coming together, Sr. Bachchan has collaborated with Rumi Jaffery before. He had played “god” in Rumi’s debut directorial, God Tussi Great Ho.

Producer Anand Pandit on collaborating with Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hasmi, said –

My friendship with Mr Bachchan goes back a long way. I have not met any other actor who matches his skill and commitment. It is an honor to be a part of creating a film with him, and I have always admired Emraan’s body of work, so am looking forward to seeing him onscreen with the legend for the first time. Given the subject of the film, I do believe we have a winner in our hands.

While other details around the film are still under wraps, the film will hit screens on 21st February, 2020!
