Arbaaz Khan, who was once married to Malaika Arora, says he would still recommend the institution of marriage to anyone who wants to give it a shot. In a recent interaction with GoodTimes, he opened up about marriage, divorce, and his upcoming film ‘Dabangg 3’.

Arbaaz said about his marriage to Malaika Arora Khan and their subsequent divorce, “Everything seemed fine but it crumbled. Things don’t work out, and it’s only fair that two people who want to take their life in their own hands will take that decision.”
So does Arbaaz Khan recommend getting married? Or will he advise people against it? He seemed pretty much in favour of the institution.
This institution has gone on for hundreds and thousands of years. It’s like if you know that you’re going to die, you won’t stop living. Of course, the times are changing, even in the past people didn’t get married.
But what is it that makes Arbaaz recommend getting married so highly? According to the actor, it is the stability or solidness that it lends. But of course, no situation or arrangement is perfect when it comes to two individuals!
That situation gives a little more solidness or stability to our family and a lot of things around you. So that institution is a working institution. Now, it can fail in certain situations. It’s as if people are looking healthy, but getting a heart attack!
Arbaaz Khan also opened about the latest film that he is working on with brother Salman. Dabangg 3, the latest addition to the Dabangg franchise is already in the making.
Yes, it’s going absolutely amazing. Dabangg 2 was released in 2012. And we start now, in 2019. So now, it’s been like 7 years, right? So we are excited, we have worked hard on it, the first schedule went with a breeze, without any stress. And aage ka bhi aise hee hoga. So, we are enjoying the process!
Arbaaz says there is going to be lots of exciting stuff for fans to look forward to! It’s not going to be another sequel to another franchise, according to Arbaaz.
We are very conscious about the fact that it is a very very loved franchise, and Chulbul Pandey is a loved character. It’s got a great loyalty base and we want to give them what they expect. It should be a perfect mix of what they want, expect, and something new! We are confident that people will love what we bring to them.

Arbaaz Khan’s son, Arhaan Khan, too, might be planning to join the line of his fathers and uncles. However, Arbaaz says he is too young to join it immediately!
He’s not openly said that to me. He has shown some interest in that. There’s a difference in showing interest in something, and then showing focus is different.
Arbaaz says, should the situation arise, he will definitely be willing to guide and motivate his son for a career in celluloid.
