When at the box office – Ayushmann Khurrana reigns supreme! His latest flick ‘Dream Girl’ has crossed the magic Rs. 100 crore number in less than fifteen days of its release. Ayushmann Khurrana tweeted about the same –

Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha’s Dream Girl has seen other big releases post its hitting theatres, but the film’s run at the box office has continued undeterred. People are thronging theatres to see Ayushmann Khurrana in the character of a guy who can talk in a woman’s voice.
Nushrat Bharucha, too, was elated to see the audience response to the film, “It’s truly an outstanding feeling. The love and appreciation that the audience has given us is absolutely overwhelming. After Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety last year and Dream Girl this year, I truly feel blessed with all the support, Rs. 100 crore for us is a big win.”
Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court order has asked the makers of Dream Girl to remove the song Dhagala Lagali Kala from all its digital platforms. The order cites copyright violations, basis a petition filed by Saregama India who own the rights to the original song.
