Do You Know Kareena & Ranbir Were To Do This Film Together?

The Kapoor Khandan has been  an integral part of the Indian film industry. Even today, after decades the family is ruling the space with Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor being some of the biggest names in the show biz.

With Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ranbir Kapoor being one of the most popular sibling jodi of B’town, their fans always wanted to see them sharing screen space. (And that could have been a possibility!!!)

Well you would be surprised to know that Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor were to do a film together. Yes, you read it right! The sibling duo was to be a part of Zoya Akhtar’s family-on-cruise-waterborne film ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’.

According to media reports, Zoya Akhtar first approached Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ranbir Kapoor to play the sibling duo Ayesha and Kabir. Both of them initially agreed to be on board for the film but later Ranbir backed out due to clash in shooting schedule with another project. 

Soon after Bebo also opted out of the film as she accepted this offer only to be part of a project with her cousin.

Not just this, even the part of Ranveer Singh’s love interest aka Farah played by Anushka Sharma was offered to Katrina Kaif first and Hrithik Roshan was to play the part of Sunny Gill which then went to Farhan Akhtar. 

Only if these actors would have agreed to be a part of this film, this is what the cast would have looked like.
