‘Success Sinking In Now’, Says ‘Super 30’ Actor Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan’s last release has done phenomenally well at the box-office, and is continuing to rake in big collections. And while Hrithik is known for taking up challenging roles in films, his portrayal of Indian Educator and Mathematician,  Anand Kumar – truly connected with audiences across the nation. So much so, that the Governments of Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Delhi, and now Maharashtra – declared the film tax-free in the states.

And now, success seems to have finally sunk in for Hrithik, who is elated to be receiving positive reviews about his work.

I can say that the success is sinking in now, bit by bit. Every day I read responses of people and it brings a smile on my face. I am happy that we have been able to entertain so many people with our work.

The film, that addresses and acknowledges the importance of teachers in the building and strengthening of society, has earned close to Rs 128 crore since its release on July 12. Super 30’s inspiring storyline has received great reviews as the story of the triumph of the spirit.

Wondering when you’ll get to see Hrithik on screen next? Well, the actor apparently is currently reading 3-4 scripts, but is yet to finalise his films, as reported by a leading entertainment daily. And while a lot has been speculated about him doing Amitabh Bachchan’s role in the remake of Satte Pe Satta, the actor is yet to confirm from his end.

The actor, however, denied being approached by director Anand L. Rai for a role opposite Sara Ali Khan in his next film.
