“I Don’t Want Raha To Be Like Alia”: Ranbir Kapoor

After Brahmastra and Shamshera, Ranbir Kapoor is all set to light up our screen once again with his latest rom-com Tu Jhooti Main Makkar which also stars Shradhha Kapoor in the lead. 

During a promotional event, Ranbir Kapoor got candid about being a father, why he doesn’t want his daughter to be like Alia, his upcoming film Animal, taking a break from films and much more, in conversation with GOODTiMES’ Puja Talwar. 

When asked if he and Alia fight over who Raha looks like the actor revealed that he hopes Raha looks like Alia but has his personality. He said , “I told Alia I hope she (Raha) looks like you. She will be a nicer looking person if she looks like you. I just hope she has my personality and not your personality because I can’t have two…Alia is very loud personality…she talks a lot; she is very vivacious…now I think two girls like this at home would be quite a daunting task for me. So, I hope Raha is quiet like me so that we both can handle Alia.”

The actor also opened up on being a burp specialist, all thanks to his daughter. He said, “I am a burp specialist. Raha comes on me and in two seconds she burps. Right now, she is locking her eyes and smiling so right now it’s a golden period of the child. It’s only magical.”
