A recent Instagram post by dietician Rujuta Diwekar revealed the actual diet plan that she was on while prepping up for her song ‘Chandigarh Mein’ from her upcoming film ‘Good Newwz’.

The exact meal plan that she was on a week before the shoot of the song – Dila do ghar Chandigarh mein. — M1 – Soaked black raisins with kesar On rising M2 – Paratha with chutney Breakfast M3 – Nariyal pani with a pinch of sabja seeds (will get rid of bloating) Mid meal M4 – Dahi rice & papad Lunch M5 – Walnut & cheese Mid meal M6 – Banana milkshake Evening meal M7 – Khichdi & Dahi OR Suran tikki & veg pulao Dinner M8 – Milk or banana milkshake if needed Bedtime It’s rather simple to stay in good shape if you take the sustainable route and actually eat local, seasonal and traditional (not just say it in words). And no, she wasn’t gymming for 10 hrs a day. So rein in your imagination. Rujuta Diwekar revealed the exact diet that Kareena Kapoor Khan was on before she shot for her song Chandigarh Mein. The plan was broken down into eight different meals, with the size of the meals ranging from small to medium to large! Kareena’s day began with soaked black raisins on rising, leading on to paratha with chutney for breakfast, and nariyal paani with sabja seeds for a mid-meal. For lunch, she had dahi, rice and papad followed by walnut & cheese. The evening meal included a banana milkshake and after that some khichdi and dahi for dinner. It’s really just that simple!

On the work front, the actress will soon be seen in Good Newwz. She is starring alongside Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh. She is also working for Lal Singh Chaddha alongside Aamir Khan, slated to release in 2020.
