According to reports on a leading entertainment website, the actress has been finalized by the makers for Bachchan Pandey. Though they are yet to make an announcement about the pairing, it will not come as a surprise. Why? Because Bachchan Pandey is also being directed by the Housefull 4 director Farhad Samji. The director-writer has featured Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon as the lead pair in the fourth instalment of Housefull as well. Could it be that he liked their jodi so much that he decided to continue with the pairing?

Bachchan Pandey is a remake of the Tamil film Veeram. The film is set for a Christmas 2020 release. Housefull 4 will hit theatres on Diwali 2019.
