The LGBTQ romance film Sheer Qorma has released its trailer. The film features Swara Bhaskar and Divya Dutta in lead roles battling against Divya’s mother Shabana Azmi for the right to love.
The trailer begins with Saira (Divya), Sitara (Swara) and the former’s brother and sister-in-law gathered around for a family dinner. Talking about her identity, Saira says she identifies as non-binary and therefore uses gender neutral pronouns such as ‘they, their, them’. However, her mother hates it all and calls their relationship unnatural but the couple stands together through it all.
Directed by Faraz Arif Ansari, the film and also puts the limelight on parenthood, the release date of the movie has not been revealed yet .
