It’s been two years since Manushi Chhilar won the title of Miss World and ever since she has overtaken the fashion world by storm! While she has landed a number of other projects since then, news has it that her big Bollywood debut is reportedly happening soon.
According to several reports, it is rumoured that Manushi Chhilar has been shortlisted for a role in Bollywood, and is going to be paired opposite Ranveer Singh. The film will be directed by Maneesh Sharma as per sources. It is being produced by Yash Raj Films.A source revealed to an online portal –
Yes, Ranveer Singh and Manushi Chhillar have been cast for the film that will be directed by Maneesh Sharma. However, given the fact that Ranveer is very busy, and also the fact that Manushi will be making her debut in Farah Khan’s film, this venture will go on floors much later.
Ranveer Singh is currently in Dharamshala, prepping for his next film – ‘83. The film is based on the historic win of the Indian cricket team against then world champions West Indies.
The film is yet to be developed, as the source further revealed. It will only go on floors at a much later date. This is also owing to the fact that Ranveer Singh currently has his hands tied up with a lot of projects, such as ’83 and Takht. While the preparation for ’83 is already underway, Takht is yet to begin shooting. Whether or not Manushi Chhilar will actually star with the Gully Boy star remains to be seen. Till then, our guess will be as good as yours!
