Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, and Mahesh Bhatt will be working together in ‘Sadak 2’. While Pooja has worked in the first ‘Sadak’ film with her father, this will be the first time, however, that she will be seen with her sister on screen. A report by an entertainment portal quoted Pooja Bhatt saying that she is ‘nostalgic’ and ‘excited’ about working with Alia Bhatt.

Pooja Bhatt spoke to Mid-Day, saying that it’s been 27 years since since she and her father worked together. Further, the scene that she will be shooting with Alia Bhatt is going to be an emotional one that comes at an integral part of the film.
Being here together after 27 years is special for my father, Sanju and me. While I have wonderful memories of Sadak, the most special role for me is that of an associate director to my father in Sadak 2. I have worked with him as an actor, producer and director too, but this is the first time I am assisting him. We are yet to finalise when we are shooting the first scene involving Alia and me.
Mahesh Bhatt, too, spoke about working with both his daughters on the same project, saying –
My two daughters make my wrinkles glow. How wonderful it is for a parent to be shaped by these two different streams that come from two separate time zones. Spring is here!

Alia Bhatt is currently shooting for the film’s Ooty schedule. Sadak 2 is slated for a release on July 10, 2020.
