Priyanka Chopra Jonas Talks About The Time When She Wanted To Quit
It won’t be wrong if we say that Priyanka Chopra Jonas is omnipresent. From promoting her web series ‘Citadel’ in every corner of the world to flying down to India to attend sister Parineeti Chopra’s engagement and from promoting her Sam Heughan starrer film ‘Love Again’ to attending Bulgari’s launch event in Venice, the actor is everywhere including the news channel, magazine cover, blog and podcasts.
While the actor is on a spree to conquer the world along with her momma duties (because you can’t stay away from a sweet little munchkin like Malti Marie), she is not missing out on sending the ripples down the B’town. The actor who recently got featured on 12 international editions of Grazia, recently opened up about the time when she felt like quitting showbiz.

While talking to Grazia, she revealed that she never takes her success for granted and said, “There were so many times I wanted to quit. I was tired of rejection. I felt dismissed and patronised on set, like people didn’t believe I could do my job even when Bollywood is as huge as it is. I had taken such a big risk leaving my career in India and that really was a concern for me. I felt like I had bitten off more than I can chew.”
Going further she spoke about making her way to Hollywood and said, “Perseverance was my only way out. Professionally, I know that I’m in an amazing place, after 23 years I’m getting the roles I always wanted. Personally, there is nowhere else I want to be but home.”

The actor will next be seen in John Cena and Idris Elba starrer ‘Heads Of State’ and will soon make her Bollywood return with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ long with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
