It was no different for Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, who have had a throwback moment as they return to the Met Gala this year, where they first met! The Met Gala, which is the Costume Institutes Metropolitan Gala, is colloquially known as the ‘Met Ball’.

The duo had walked on the Met Gala’s prestigious red carpet together in 2017. It seems like life has come a full circle; as they will, in the 2019 edition of the event, walk the red carpet together as a married couple! They have also been declared as members of the Benefit Committee of the Gala. Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra will be joining the likes of Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lopez, and Katy Perry as a part of the committee!

Priyanka’s appearances at the Met Gala, too, have never been short of awesome! While she wore a Ralph Lauren trench coat in her first ever appearance at the red carpet, last year she was spotted donning a burgundy full-length gown by the same designer.
Priyanka Chopra’s look was also the subject of several memes and funny comments, several of which were shared by the actress herself. Both her looks were lauded for being exemplary, as she has never been one to run with the crowd anyway!

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas tied the knot in December in a gala wedding in Jodhpur in December last year. The actress was also recently spotted in the Jonas brothers’ comeback single, Sucker, which topped the US Billboard Top 100. Nick Jonas had also gifted wife Priyanka Chopra a brand new Maybach car, as his single topped the charts!
