The Real Reason Why Rana Daggubati Could Be Exiting Ajay Devgn’s ‘Bhuj’

If reports are to be believed, Rana Daggubati has exited Ajay Devgn’s ‘Bhuj: The Pride Of India’. The actor was set to play the role of a Madras Regiment Lieutenant Colonel, who was posted in Vighakot Chowki and even fought in the Indo-Pak war.

Rana Daggubati’s exit comes after Nora Fatehi replaced Parineeti Chopra in the biographical war film. The makers tried their most to retain the actor, even looked into hiring a body-double, but things didn’t work out.

However, according to another source, date issues might have resulted in the actor’s exit. Since the actor is busy with his upcoming film titled Hiranyakashyap, Rana Daggubati decided to opt-out of Bhuj: The Pride Of India.

The Abhishek Dudhaiya directorial is set to release ahead of India’s Independence Day on August 14, 2020. Recently, Ajay Devgn’s look as Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik, who was in-charge of the Bhuj airbase during the 1971 Indo-Pak War, was revealed.
