Ranbir Kapoor Characters That Are Walking Red Flags
We all love to see Ranbir Kapoor play different roles on screen. Although his charming looks and effortless acting keeps us hooked, it’s a disappointing fact, that a few of his characters are really toxic. Confused right? No problem. Here’s proof how Ranbir’s characters can become a bad influence on the youth:
Bachna Ae Haseeno:
Ranbir played the character of a playboy named Raj Sharma, who never commits to relationships as he is afraid of them and also makes fun of them. If you have someone who is playing with your emotions like Raj, then that’s a red flag.

Wake Up Sid:
Ranbir’s character Sid is a rich and a spoilt brat who is born with a golden spoon in his mouth. He has absolutely no agenda in life and doesn’t care for his future. Though being lazy and easy-going isn’t wrong, it shouldn’t become a habit. It’s really important to have a motive in life.

Rockstar:
Jordan’s character is a struggling singer who wishes to gain stardom. In order to achieve it, he was advised to go through a heartbreak. So, he went ahead with the plan and got involved with a girl named Heer. But Jordan’s madness of being famous not only ruined his own life, but also Heer’s life, with whom he actually fell in love with. It goes without saying that no one should follow Jordan’s footsteps.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani:
The role of Kabir Thapar, alias Bunny, is one of the most acclaimed characters of Ranbir Kapoor. But Bunny’s personality lacked maturity. Apart from being ambitioned, he was also selfish as he didn’t prioritize his family and friends. It’s a very good thing to achieve success. But what good is it, when you have nobody to share it with? So, don’t be selfish like Bunny or you’ll have no one to share your good times and bad times with.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil:
Ranbir Kapoor played the character of Ayan Sanger, who befriends Alizeh and falls in love with her. However, she rejects his feelings. Despite her refusal, he remains adamant and doesn’t stop stalking Alizeh, which is where he crosses the line. In real life, if you stalk somebody like Ayan, you might end up in jail.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar:
Pandit shaadiyan karwa kar paise kamate hain to Mickey (Rohan) rishtey tudwa ke. In his latest film ‘Tu Jhoothi Mai Makkar’, Ranbir Kapoor can be seen playing the role of a breakup consultant where he makes money by breaking couples up. (Yes, you read it right!) His fans might justify his actions by saying that he was just helping people by letting them out from their unhappy relationships but we think that breaking up and splitting ways over petty issues and small fights is peak toxicity.
