The anticipation around the second season of Netflix’s Sacred Games is running quite high. As the actors gear up towards the Independence Day release date, Saif Ali Khan interacted with the media. Saif said that he doubted that his family members have even watched the show!

Saif Ali Khan, who plays the role of Sartaj Singh in Sacred Games, said that he has received a lot of feedback from audiences and fans of the show, but none from his family. Saif said in a statement –
I have received feedback from people who religiously watch the show and some of them revisited it and loved it. However, I do not think back home, either of them have watched it because I didn’t get any feedback!

But this does not bother Saif Ali Khan much, as he feels it is not important for them to approve of it, but for audiences to appreciate it.
We did not make the series to show it to them (his family), but (to) the audience. I am glad that the first season is well-received, and I know that the second season is power-packed.
Sacred Games: Season 2 releases on August 15, 2019. On the film front, Saif Ali Khan will be seen in Laal Kaptaan and Jawaani Janeman.
