There Are No Friendships In Bollywood: Aparshakti Khurana
From Jai and Veeru in ‘Sholay’ to Imraan, Arjun and Kabir in ‘Zindagi na Milegi Dobara’, Bollywood films made us believe in the concept of rock solid friendships and bonds that never fade away.
While all these jodis gave us BFF goals and made us believe that these actors might be each other’s best buddies in real life too. Well, it seems like real life is far different from reel life.

Uncovering the truth behind Bollywood friendships, actor Aparshakti Khurana who is busy promoting his series ‘Jubilee’ talked about getting into the shoes of his character Binod Das, scandals in showbiz, Bollywood, friendships and more in conversation with GOODTiMES’ Puja Talwar.
While talking about the way the film industry used to function back in the day, the actor said, “It is upsetting that we could never be in that era. But it is beautiful that we as actors could live in that world for a year and half. That era was impeccable in itself whether you talk about an actor’s life, friendship or anything. I think that pure friendship is rare to find in the present day world.”

He further added, “Having that kind of friendship in our fraternity in the modern time is a bit difficult.”
The actor also talked about preparing for his role, working with director Vikramaditya Motwane and much more.
