I Am A Lambi Race Ka Ghoda: Babil Khan
He is a chip of the old block, Babil Khan who does not like the word ‘debut’ has left a promising impression in Anvita Dutt’s ‘Qala’.
The young actor is candid when he admits that he didn’t calculate his debut and just wanted to take the first step towards his passion to act. “I was very scared to say I wanted to act because of whose son I was. I am aware of the anticipation but I just want to grow as a human being and an actor and it’s okay if it takes time. I am a lambi race ka ghoda”.
Though his mannerisms remind one of his late father Irrfan, Babil admits that he is not trying to copy but find his own identity.
Qala also stars Tripti Dimri and is a telling tale of the dark world of showbiz and how ambition can sometimes lead to a downward spiral.
Produced by Clean Slate Films, Qala also sees Anushka Sharma in a cameo appearance.
