Watching TV in the 90’s was a family affair, mostly during dinner time on weekdays, and definitely during breakfast on Sunday morning. We’d obviously know the airing schedule by heart, because there was not much scope of catching a rerun of a missed episode, since that would normally play while we were away in school/college/office.
The cliched ‘fights over the TV remote’ would happen in two people of a household wanted to watch different shows running on different channels at the same time; these, however, were resolved by switching channels during ad breaks. And if you’re not getting nostalgic already, then here’s a list of TV shows that made growing up in the 90’s truly special.
1. Zee Horror Show (1993)
We know you hummed the title track even before it began.
2. Antakshari (1993)

3. Dekh Bhai Dekh (1993)
