‘Extraction’ actors Randeep Hooda, Priyanshu Painyuli & Rudhraksh Jaiswal talk about working with Chris Hemsworth, their upcoming film ‘Extraction’ and how they’re spending time in lockdown.
Talking about how he’s spending his days in the wake of the pandemic, Randeep Hooda says, “I think it’s going well. It’s a bit cut off from the world and one is trapped but it’s for the good of the world. And we are all in it together so we are just bearing with it. Rather be out in the sun but, you know that’s what the situation is.”
To this Rudraksh Jaiwal adds, “I am actually doing a lot of household chores. I am playing a lot of board games with my sister and she’s beating me like hell. So it’s been fun. I am utilising this time developing my skills. It’s fun, spending time with your loved ones.”
Priyanshu Painyuli, who’s been spending his time baking and cooking, says “All of us are all going to become master chefs by the end of this quarantine. I am getting better by cooking and sweeping the floor.”
With Sam Hargrave making his directorial debut in a Russo Brothers-backed film and Chris Hemsworth on board in a uniquely diverse ensemble cast, Extraction is a rage among fans of the action genre.
Randeep Hooda plays a combat-ready Saju while Priyanshu Painyuli plays mafia Amir Asif in the Netflix film. This is Randeep Hooda and Priyanshu Painyuli’s Hollywood debut.
As for the extremely excited Rudraksh Jaiswal, it was a dream come true for 16 year old Mumbai boy to bag a pivotal role alongside Chris Hemsworth. “I had the majority of my scenes with Chris sir, he taught me the art of dialogue, voice modulation, how to pause in between the dialogues, and he enhances my skills and abilities.”
