Teaser Of Aishwarya Lekshmi’s Upcoming Film ‘Ammu’ Is Out! Film To Release On This Date

After giving a spectacular performance in Mani Ratnam’s film ‘Ponniyin Selvan I’ as Pooguzhali, actor Aishwarya Lekshmi is all set to title director Charukesh Sekar’s upcoming film titled ‘Ammu’.

The film revolves around Aishwarya Lekshmi’s character ‘Ammu’ who tries hard to  get her abusive husband cop suspended from his duty.

The teaser of the film opens with Aishwarya Lekshmi introducing her character and how she always dreamt about her ‘happily ever after’ fairytale with her prince charming.But things don’t go as planned and her dreams shatter when her cop-husband Ravi hits her for the very first time. What she thinks was a one-off incident turns into a never-ending cycle of abuse, trapping her and breaking her soul and spirit.

The feature film also features Bobby Simha and Naveen Chandra in pivotal roles.

The film is all set to stream on Amazon Prime Video from 19th of October 2022 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
