Speculations have long been rife that Thalapathy, who goes by his professional name Vijay, and Mohan Raja would team up for a strong subject project.
Jayam Ravi during the promotional press interactions for his upcoming Comali has revealed that his brother Mohan Raja and Vijay are extremely close to each other and are currently waiting for the right project to work again. The two are meeting to hold discussions often. Mohan Raja is currently penning ‘Thani Oruvan 2’ and its highly likely that he would reunite with Vijay for his second film after ‘Velayudham’ in the next couple of years for ‘Thalapathy 65’ or ‘Thalapathy 66’.
The filmmaker has earlier directed Vijay in the 2011 film, ‘Velayuthum’.
