Kiara Advani dropped some amazing photos from her reception ceremony on her social media last night. Apart from her beauty and picture perfect moments with Sidharth Malhotra, what caught our eyes was her outfit – The Golden Lehenga!
We all know that Sid-Kiara’s family members were dressed in Manish Malhotra at the wedding. Not only this, but Kiara Advani’s golden lehenga which she wore at her reception was also designed by him. Well, an Instagram handle dedicated to his creations has been shedding light on how their outfits were made by Manish Malhotra and it revealed that Kiara Advani’s golden lehenga was studded with 98k swarovski crystals and took the makers over 4000 hours to make the outfit.
In an elaborate post on Instagram, Malhotra Malhotra explained what went behind curating that dazzling piece of art for the bride. The designer wrote, “Our stunning bride @kiaraaliaadvani embraces extravagant glamour in our artistic ombre lehenga, personalised to make more than just a statement, featuring meticulous handwork that took 4000 hours to craft. A striking gold to silver transition, 98000 sparkling swarovski crystals are paired with our haute couture stole with marabou feather detailing (sic).”
Elaborating on her jewelry, Manish Malhotra said, “The custom look was paired with a captivating neckpiece in a careful curation of natural diamonds and a colossally enchanting ruby pendant from the Manish Malhotra High Jewellery collection (sic).”
