There’s no greater good than food, and no greater food than Pasta. We don’t even need to exaggerate because that is as true as it gets. 1. Aglio Olio Spaghetti
This is possibly the easiest to whip, but also the hardest to perfect. The right amount of chilli, the perfect smoothness to the spaghetti, and the right consistency of olive oil is literally what make this dish one to remember.
2. Bolognese Fettucine
The most comforting pasta dish of all of them. Hot, mildly spicy, with a lot of depth and texture -the fettucine complements the sauce and it is truly a match made in Italian heaven. Have it with some perfectly creamy bread and you are good to go for an absolute food coma.
3. Pesto Gnocchi
Gnocchi is interesting to pronounce, and quite interesting to look at as well. But it is just plain brilliant to taste. There is so much butteriness and gooeyness to gnocchi that it literally melts in your mouth. Add to that some pesto, which is both parts chunky and flavourful!
We could leave this bit entirely untold and still leave you to day dreaming about this perfect dish. Lasagna is literally flawless; there is oodles of cheese, oodles of pasta, oodles of proteins, and it is all perfectly baked together to create a gastronomic harmony which is tough to beat. We can’t even write this fully without salivating.

It’s a favourite of a lot of people, and once you get past the colour -it is actually quite the delicacy. It’s light, it’s got a gamut of flavours, and it is the perfect dish to try when you want to be adventurous but also a little safe!

Buttery, beautiful, and flavourful – ravioli with the right cheese (ricotta!!!) is quite unmissable as a great dish. The pasta is ornately shaped, it can be of a bevy of patterns – from something smooth to something with more texture. Top it with veggies, and herbs and peppers – it will be the most delicate thing you would be taking a bite of.
