Enough Of Sabudana Khichdi. Try This Malai Kofta Recipe
Tired of having Sabudana Khichdi every time you fast? How about preparing delicious Malai Koftas that are equally healthy and delicious? Sounds like a plan?! Take a look at this easy recipe that you can prepare within minutes and enjoy with your friends and family.

INGREDIENTS:
Malai Kofta: Paneer- 1 cup
Cashew nuts and melon seeds- 1/2 cup
Khoya-1 cup Fresh Cream-1 cup
Tapioca flour- 2 tsp
Salt- to taste (Alternatively you can use Sendha Namak/Rock Salt)
Black pepper- to taste
Green Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying Ghee- 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Stuffed Paratha:
Boiled potato- 1
Kuttu flour- 1 cup
Salt- to taste (Alternatively you can use Sendha Namak/Rock Salt)
Tapioca flour- 1 cup
Coriander leaves- to taste
Green chilli- 2
Black pepper- to taste
Ghee

Method For Malai Kofta:
1. Grind the cashew nuts and melon seeds to a fine paste.
2. Strain to get a fine paste, to this add khoya and cream.
3. Give it a nice whisk. For the gravy take 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and add ginger green chilli paste.
4. Season it with salt (alternatively use sendha namak/rock salt), pepper and a pinch of green cardamom powder.
5. Add water to make gravy.
6. Now in a bowl take grated paneer, add tapioca flour, salt (alternatively use sendha namak/rock salt) and pepper.
7. Fry koftas and add koftas to the gravy just before serving.

Method for Stuffed Paratha:
1. Knead a dough of kuttu flour, one boiled and mashed potato, green chilli, one tsp tapioca flour, coriander leaves, ghee, salt (alternatively use sendha namak/rock salt), and pepper.
2. Roll the dough and fill it with the boiled potato mixture to make a paratha.
3. Fry the parantha. Your dish is ready to serve.
