You know you’ve touched another level of stardom and fandom when a dish is named after you! And that’s exactly what happened today, when Ranveer Singh shared this picture of Deepika Padukone Dosa. Deepika, however, isn’t the only celebrity. From Ranbir Kapoor, to Sanjay Dutt, and even Sonam Kapoor – here are all the celebrities who inspired dishes across India.

1. Deepika Padukone Dosa

Yes, this dosa is for real. In a small cafe somewhere in Texas, you’ll find a dosa that is named after Deepika Padukone. When a fan shared the menu on Twitter, Ranveer Singh himself shared the screenshot on Instagram, with the caption “I’d eat that!”

2. Sonam Kapoor Mango Blueberry Cake

Sonam Kapoor’s unabashed love for Mango-blueberry cheesecake has been made official by the Mumbai-based confectioner Divya Ranglani. The cake uses healthy ingredients like oatmeal and fresh fruit, and is the actress’ personal favourite!

3. Sanju Baba Chicken

If there was an alternate career that we could think of for Sanjay Dutt, it would probably be as a food critic! According to reports, Sanjay Dutt himself suggested the recipe for this dish called ‘Sanju Baba Chicken’ to the chefs at Noor Mohammadi restaurant in the by-lanes of Bhendi Bazaar, in Mumbai.

4. Richa Chaddha Cocktail

Well, kudos to the person who invented this! The ‘Bholi Bhali Punjabi Cocktail’ is actually a concoction that exists in the True Tramm Trunk restaurant in Mumbai. An iconic character from the Fukrey franchisee, Richa Chaddha is here to feed your cocktail cravings.

5. Ranbir Kapoor Chicken

A tiny dhaba in Chandigarh showed its love for actor Ranbir Kapoor by naming a chicken dish after him. The hearty eater ordered this particular dish when he visited the city for Rajneeti promotions, and it has been called Ranbir Kapoor Chicken on the dhaba‘s menu, ever since.
