While we can’t assure you the freshness of a chicken salad (can we if we’re eating out?), we can safely assume that it is far better that your whooper or fries. Whether you’re replacing chips with an apple or fries with salad, you’ll always find nutritious and low-cal options on the menu.

Plethora of choices

For the confused people out there – this could be your worst nightmare. But you just can’t deny it sure beats opening your fridge to a half-carton of milk and a week-old Chinese takeout. Almost all fast food joints offer a hundred different choices thus giving you a variety of choices to satisfy your taste buds’ craving. You can also customize your meal in any way you want even if it means having a Filet-O-Fish with a hot fudge sundae.
