7. Fable

Aren’t brunches the best thing ever? Brunch food always looks super pretty and there is so much more variety. What we have here is filter coffee, eggs Benedict, and pancake. Filter coffee was served in the traditional way, which was quite fascinating to watch. The eggs Benedict was served with smoked salmon that was super tender. The eggs were beautifully poached. The pancake was sort of a disappointment. It was one large pancake, which was deep fried (reminded me of a malpua) and was slightly dough-ey. The mixed berry jam or compote wasn’t very delectable either. All in all, it was a great experience and a second cup of filter coffee was ordered for. #brunch #brunching #eggsbenedict #hollandaise #hollandaisesauce #pancakes #filtercoffee #coffee #smokedsalmon #salmon #fruits #maplesyrup #compote #jam #englishmuffin #hashbrowns #foodie #foodlove #foodlover #instafood #foodstagram #foodblogger #foodblog #foodporn #foodieforlife #restaurantsofmumbai #mumbaifoodblogger #mumbai #somumbai
