Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘Nimona Dip with Pao’ :

4 tbsp. ghee

1 cup finely diced potatoes

1 tsp. cumin

1 tbsp. chopped ginger

½ tbsp. chopped garlic

1 tsp. chopped green chillies

1 cup green peas

Salt to taste

1 tsp. cumin powder

1 tsp. coriander powder

½ tsp. red chilli powder

3 tbsp. cream

¼ cup boiled spinach

Handful mint leaves

Handful coriander leaves

4 tbsp. grated cheese

2 tbsp. oil

Few basil sprig for garnishing

4- 5 pao

3 tbsp. butter

Here is the method:

  1. In a heated pan, add ghee, chopped potato and deep fry it and strain it out.
  2. In a heated pan, add oil, cumin, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies and lightly saute it.
  3. Add green peas, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and stir well.
  4. Turn off the flame, add cream and mix it well.
  5. In a food processor, add this green pea mixture, boiled spinach, mint leaves, coriander leaves, grated cheese, oil and blend it.
  6. Garnish with the fried potatoes and basil leaves
  7. Cut pao into thick slices. Apply butter on one side of the pao.
  8. Heat a tawa, brown the pao slices on medium flame. It’s ready for serving.

Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘Chicken Wings’:

7-8 chicken wings

Generous pinch of salt

1 tbsp. ginger & garlic paste

1 tbsp. green chilli paste

2 lemons

½ cup dry pomegranate seeds

1 cinnamon stick

2 black cardamom

12 peppercorns

½ cup dry coriander seeds

1 tbsp. cumin​

4- 5 cloves

3 tbsp. mustard oil

1 tsp. red chilli powder

½ tsp. turmeric powder

½ tbsp. green chilli paste

1 tbsp. ginger & garlic paste

1 tbsp. roasted flour

Pinch of black salt

Pinch of salt

½ lemon

2 tbsp. yoghurt (thick)

3 tbsp. oil

1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves

½ lemon juice

3- 4 lemon slices for garnishing

Here is the method:

  1. Marinate chicken wings with salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice and keep it aside for 15- 20 minutes.
  2. Roast dry pomegranate seeds in a pan. Once roasted, let it cool down. Grind it coarsely.
    Dry roast the spices in a heated pan, add cinnamon stick, black cardamom, peppercorns and stir it.
  3. In a food processor, add this mixture, pomegranate seeds mixture and blend it to a semi-powder mixture.
  4. For second marination, in a big plate, add mustard oil, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, spices mixture.
  5. Add green chilli paste, ginger & garlic paste, roasted flour, black salt, salt, thick yoghurt and mix it well. Add chicken wings and marinate it.
  6.  Add oil in a heated grill pan, add marinated chicken wings. When one side is brown, flip it and brown the other side.
  7. Once cooked, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and sliced lemon and serve it hot.

Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘Apple Sangria’:

2 tbsp. chopped red apple

2 tbsp. chopped green apple

1 valencia orange

½ orange juice

1 tsp. cinnamon powder

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 cup ginger root beer

1 cup ginger ale

2 star anise

2 cinnamon stick

Here is the method:

  1. Chop apple, green apple, valencia orange into small cubes and add it into glass.
  2. Squeeze the orange juice, add cinnamon powder, apple cider vinegar, ginger root beer, ginger ale, star anise and cinnamon stick. Ready to drink.

Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘pudding’: 

4 cups of milk

2 kalakand

1 barfi

2 ladoo

1 tsp. fennel seeds

Pinch of saffron

2 tbsp. chopped nuts

2 croissant

2 – 3 muffins

1 tbsp. tutti frutti

1 tbsp. chopped nuts

Here is the method:

  1. Heat milk in a pan, add kalakand, barfi, ladoo and mix it well. Add fennel seeds, saffron, chopped nuts and keep stirring it.
  2. Cut croissant into thick slices. In a large pan, add milk mixture, croissant slices, muffins and then let the milk reduce.
  3. Add tutti fruitti and chopped nuts. Its ready for serving.
