From Churros To Guava Cooler: Check Out Chef Kunal Kapur’s Party Theme Menu

Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘Bharta Cheese Crusty Bread’

1 brinjal (medium)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. jeera
2 tsp. chopped ginger
1 tsp. chopped garlic
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped green chillies
¾ tsp. red chilli powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. mozzarella cheese
Few coriander sprigs for garnishing

For Crusty Bread

1 French loaf
Dollop of butter
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Here is the method:

Roast a brinjal on fire, peel and mash it. Heat a pan, add olive oil, jeera, ginger, garlic, onion, green chillies and sauté well.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, tomatoes, salt, mashed brinjal and mix it well.

Once cooked, turn off the fire, add mozzarella cheese and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.

To make crusty bread, pre heat the oven. Cut a French loaf into thick slices. In a bowl, add butter, Italian seasoning and mix it. Marinate the bread with this mixture. Bake the bread in oven at 150 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Once baked, it is ready to be served.

Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘Churros’:

1 cup water
½ cup butter
Few drops of vanilla extract
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup maida
4 eggs
Oil for frying
4 tbsp. breakfast sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon powder

Chocolate Sauce

1 cup cream
1 cup milk
1 cup dark chocolate

Here is the method:

Boil water in a pan. Add butter, vanilla extract, sugar, salt and stir it. Add maida, stir it continuously and turn off the fire.

Put this mixture in a bowl, add eggs and whisk it generously. Spoon the mixture into the piping bag.

Heat oil in a pan for frying. Take a scissor and dip it in hot oil and keep it aside.

Squeeze the mixture into the hot oil and snip it using scissors. Once slightly brown, strain it out.

In a bowl, add breakfast sugar, cinnamon powder and mix it well. Coat the fried churros with this mixture.

To make chocolate sauce, heat a pan, add cream, milk and bring it to a boil. In a bowl, add dark chocolate, pour the hot cream and milk mixture, cover it and let it cool down.

Once it’s cool, stir it and put it in the refrigerator so that it becomes thick in consistency. Serve it with the fried Churros.

Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘Baked Nachos’:

1 cup boiled rajma
1 cup diced pineapple
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tsp. chopped green chillies
3 tbsp. chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
Pinch of salt
Dash of olive oil
1 bowl nachos
2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cheese slice

Here is the method:

In a bowl, add boiled rajma, pineapple, Italian seasoning, chopped onion, green chillies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, dash of olive oil and mix it well.

In a baking bowl, create a layer of nachos, grated mozzarella cheese, rajma mixture and put pieces of cheese slice. Top it with more nachos, grated cheese and rajma mixture. Sprinkle cheese to garnish.

Put it into the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Here are all the ingredients you need to make yourself some ‘Guava Cooler’:

1 litre guava juice
2 tsp. black salt
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. roasted jeera
Few mint sprigs
2 lemon
1 can ginger ale
1 guava
Salt and red chilli powder for garnishing

Here is the method:

In a bowl, add guava juice, black salt and salt.

Add roasted jeera, roughly chopped mint leaves, lemon and mix it well.

Pour the mixture in chilled glasses, top it with ginger ale. Garnish it with guava dipped in salt and red chilli powder.
