Follow this quick and easy dry fruit kheer recipe that you can prepare within 20 minutes with a handful of ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 litre milk
- 500 gms rice
- 1 tbsp. cardamom/ elaichi powder
- 250 gms sugar
- Handful of pistachios
- Handful of almonds
- Handful cashew nuts
Method
- Heat the milk on high flame and add rice to it.
- Stir it well and add some cardamom powder in the pan. .
- Allow it to boil for about 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
- Add sugar, pistachios, almonds and cashew nuts and allow the milk to boil so that the rice can cook well.
- Severe hot or chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
