2 Eggs
Finely Chopped Vegetables (any vegetables of your choice)

½ a cube of Cheese

Method
- Crack two eggs into a mug and add in some chopped vegetables, seasoning, salsa and grated cheese into it.
- Mix everything well with the help of a fork and microwave it for a minute.
- Top it with some coriander leaves and grated cheese ro enhance the taste and appearance.
Carrot Smoothie

Method
- Add all the fruits and vegetables into the blender along with some sugar.
- In a cup mix milk and yogurt.
- Eventually pour the milk mix into the blender and blend it well.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and top it with chopped walnuts.

1 cup Whole wheat pasta
1 tsp Butter
1 cube Cheese

Tomato puree/ sauce
Method
Boil a cup of whole wheat pasta and train the water.
In a pan, heat some butter and saute the chopped vegetables.
Add the boiled pasta to the pan and pour in the sauce.
Mix everything well, cover it with a lid and let it cook for two minutes
Top it with some grated cheese and cook for another minute.

200 grams Tofu
A pinch of Turmeric
A pinch of Salt
Red chilli powder
Fresh coriander leaves
Method
Chop tofu into bite sized pieces.
Heat some oil in the pan and add tofu to it.
Add in the spices to the pan and mix everything well.
Sprinkle some fresh coriander on top and dig in.

5 tbsp Yogurt
1 cup Chopped Fresh fruits
Chopped nuts nuts
2 tsp honey
Method
In a bowl take some yogurt and add honey to it.
Pour some yogurt to a glass.
Add a layer of chopped fruits and repeat.
Top your parfait with some fresh fruits and chopped nuts and drizzle some honey on top.
