Family Food Chronicles: The Easiest Banana Banoffee Pie Ever!

Making a banana banoffee pie is actually not a mammoth task, but the happiness it brings to the faces of my children is absolutely mammoth! Who doesn’t love some surprise treat that is sweet and delicious, without any fusses? This banana banoffee pie is a favourite preparation that has the sweetness of condensed milk, the smoothness of butter, and the texture of some bananas!

This is how you can make this pie, which is a great family recipe of mine.

2 Bananas (You can use mangoes or biscuits as well)

2 Cans of Condensed Milk

2 Cans of Cream

½ Slab of Butter

1 Packet Digestive Biscuits

Cook the condensed milk for 2 hours, immersing it in boiling water for two hours. When you will open the tin to check you will get a delicious toffee prepared. Now take the biscuits and crush them either with hand or in the grinder. After this, put 2-3 tablespoons of butter and mix it with the ground biscuits. Set this mixture in a container and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the bananas, and squeeze half a lemon on it, and layer it on top of the biscuit. Add the toffee on it, you can choose to add 2-3 tablespoons of milk so that it spreads well. Now add the cream, and if you want you can add 2 teaspoons of sugar, but that’s optional. Grate some chocolate you have on top of it and freeze it for 3-4 hours. Your Banana Banofee Pie is ready!
