My kids always want varieties of dishes to keep them occupied and interested in home cooking, and who can resist some kebabs? But with some innovation you can get them to have some dal and kebabs! So, here is my recipe for the very easy and the very sumptuous Dal ke Kebab!

Ingredients

250 Mg SABUT HARI MOONG DAL

2 BOILED POTATOES

1 Tbsp GARLIC

1 ½ Tbsp GINGER

2-3 GREEN CHILLIES

1 Tsp RED CHILLI POWDER

2 Tsp GARAM MASALA

2 SMALL ONIONS

FRESH DHANIYA CHOPPED

1-2 BREAD SLICES

Method

First soak the dal for 4 to 5 hours, and then add very little water (preferably just 1 katori). After this, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli and salt to taste. Now cook it in a pressure cooker with only one whistle. Let it cool a little bit and then add the boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, salt, red chilli powder, fresh coriander, garam masala, chopped onions. Mix the ingredients well and give them a round shape before frying them. Serve hot with your favourite condiments.
