Family Food Chronicles: The Crispy And Delicious Kele Ki Subzi!

The produce we get from nature’s bounty is plenty, and we can create such unique and yummy dishes from that, the mind boggles! For example, plantains; raw bananas have their own place in my heart, because thanks to it I can whip up something as delicious and crispy, as this subzi!

It has just a hint of spices, a very wonderful texture, and the best part? It is so innovative!

INGREDIENTS

Chopped Lehsun

Hari Mirch

1 TSP Lal Mirch Powder

1 TSP Haldi

1 ½ TSP Chaat Masala

Sarso Tel

1 TSP Jeera

Namak

METHOD

Take the raw bananas and cut them into small pieces. Now take sarso tel, put jeera, lehsun, and green chilli. Add the raw bananas in this, and cook on medium flame. Cook this a little bit and then add namak, haldi, lal mirch powder. Keep it on low flame till crispy, and finally add chaat masala in it. Finally, enjoy this crispy Kele ki Subzi!
