The India-Australia bonhomie seems to be growing even during the lockdown. Australian PM Scott Morrison took to his social media handle to share pictures of Samosas he made in his kitchen.
He also mentioned the Indian prime minister Shri Narendra Modi mentioning that he would love to share it with him as he is a vegetarian too. Australia is currently one of the largest destination for Indian immigration and a large number of Indian students are pursue their higher education in the country.
To this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reacted saying, “Connected by the Indian Ocean, united by the Indian Samosa!”
Connected by the Indian Ocean, united by the Indian Samosa!
Looks delicious, PM @ScottMorrisonMP!
Once we achieve a decisive victory against COVID-19, we will enjoy the Samosas together.
Looking forward to our video meet on the 4th. https://t.co/vbRLbVQuL1
