Google Maps Add Bigger Icons For Iconic Landmarks

Google Maps is on a roll! Just after listing thousands of public toilets across the country, Google Maps is now coming up with a different advancement. The direction assistance will now demonstrate much larger town landmark icons, giving better visibility to people.

Whilst Google Maps however marks the essential landmarks in a metropolis, they often get dropped if an individual is browsing a full-scale map of a town. However, this will not be a challenge anymore as the significant landmarks in a metropolis will now have “a bigger icon, giving rapid, at-a-glance visibility”. Apart from larger sized icons, these icons also symbolise a sketch of the landmark. Google, for now, is rolling out this aspect only in important metropolitan cities like New York, Washington and London, but it’s expected to roll out across the world pretty soon.
